Sesame prawn toast

  • Garlic powder
  • White or Black pepper
  • 1 egg white

  1. Blend the prawns, egg whites, soy sauce, white pepper, ginger and garlic powder. Blend until a smooth paste.
  2. Using a knife, spread 2-3 tbsp of the prawn mix on a slice of bread. Then place the bread face down in a plate of sesame seeds. Repeat until the mix finishes.
  3. Heat 1-2 cm oil in a frying pan. Once heated, place the bread in the frying pan face down. Fry each side for 1-2 minutes.
